1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Lucky 334 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). 4 Deposits

4.1 Deposit Processing

Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) are typically credited to your Lucky 334 account balance within seconds of the transfer being confirmed by the wallet provider. IBFT bank transfers may take five to fifteen minutes. Card deposits are processed immediately. Lucky 334 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.

4.2 Source of Funds

If a deposit is found to have been made from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, it may be reversed and the account suspended.

Self-imposed deposit limits cannot be increased for a cooling-off period after they are set — this is a responsible gaming measure and is not waivable.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from Lucky 334 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) with a minimum withdrawal amount of Rs 100. Lucky 334 charges no fees on withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed automatically by the platform system and typically complete within two minutes for mobile wallet methods.

5.3 Withdrawal Holds

Lucky 334 reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a withdrawal request in cases where fraud, collusion, bonus abuse or other policy violations are suspected. In such cases, the player will be notified and the hold will be resolved as quickly as possible — typically within 24 to 48 hours.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

6.4 Refer a Friend

The Lucky 334 Refer a Friend programme is subject to its own specific terms. Referral bonuses are only paid for genuine new player registrations. Self-referrals or referrals of existing players under new accounts are considered fraud and will result in account suspension.

7 Gameplay Rules

All games on Lucky 334 — including Teen Patti, Ludo, Fishing Games, Live Casino, Card Games and all other titles — are governed by their individual game rules as displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

7.1 Fair Play

8 Prohibited Conduct

9 Account Suspension and Termination

• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, abusive or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification when requested.
• Duplicate account detection.

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure
